Meet the Dentists
Dale Williams DDS moved to our location on Hewitt Drive in 1983 after graduating number one in his class from the Dental School at University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio. Prior to this he received his bachelors in engineering from Wichita State University and his master’s in engineering from Texas A & M University. Our dental practice initially known as Family Dentistry, has grown to be Central Texas Dental Care-the extraordinary group of individuals dedicated to caring for others and their dental needs.
Although this concluded Dr. Williams formal education, he has dedicated himself to increasing his knowledge and skill by focusing in the areas of complex restorative, cosmetics, TMJ treatment, implant placement and restoration.
Dr. Williams and his wife, Jeanne, are active members of Seventh & James Baptist Church where they serve in the deacon and music ministries. In his spare time, Dr. Williams enjoys running, reading, golfing, and being with family.
Having joined the practice in 1993, Monte Cooper DDS has come to appreciate the importance of a healthy mouth and confident smile. By providing many different phases of general dentistry, Dr. Cooper has helped many people achieve these two things. Dr. Cooper believes each patient deserves respect and the most comfortable dental experience possible.
Dr. Cooper grew up in Brownwood, Texas and graduated from Baylor University in 1987. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1991. Dr. Cooper has been practicing in the Waco area since that time.
Dr. Cooper continually refines his dental techniques through many hours of continuing education each year. Dr. Cooper enjoys being able to provide excellent root canal therapy when it is needed to save a tooth. On two different trips to California, Dr. Cooper has completed extensive training in root canal therapy at the prestigious Dental Education Laboratory in Santa Barbara.
Dr. Cooper and his wife, Judy have two boys, Reed and Evan. He enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.

He attended Baylor College of Dentistry and graduated with his D.D.S. in 2006. He has been practicing dentistry with Drs. Williams and Cooper since graduation.
Dr Cooney is enjoying practicing dentistry where he grew up. He understands the importance of providing excellent dental care in a relaxed, comfortable environment. He is interested in all areas of general dentistry and enjoys the variety of patients and procedures he has encountered. He is concerned with the patient’s overall well-being and emergency care.
In his spare time, Dr. Cooney enjoys biking, running, golfing, being outdoors, watching movies and spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and his two daughters, Ella and Lila.
